What to wear

When you select the clothing for your tour, prefer first of all clothes/b> that make you feel comfortable.

With high temperatures a short sleeved t-shirt, better if breathable, short trousers and trainers o trekking sandals are very good.

We suggest you wear the classical cycling shorts that, thanks to the inner padding, grant more comfort even after some hours spent on the saddle. As an alternative, you may ask us for a saddle cover with gel inserts to increase your comfort.

The cycling gloves are not indispensable, but help to absorb sweat when it's very hot.

During the sunniest days the helmet we provide will protect your head from the sun (and falls!), whereas it is useful to wear sunglasses to protect your eyes from sun rays.

During spring or when the weather is unpredictable, it is better to bring a waterproof anorak.

The winter tours need a more technical clothing: we suggest to wear long and comfortable trousers or tights, a wind stopper jacket with long sleeves, gloves, cap and chin cover.
